Dr. Harrison Gilley, DPM

Dr. Harrison Gilley joined NextStep Foot & Ankle Centers on February 2, 2025. He is podiatric board qualified and a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).



Originally from Waco, Texas, Dr. Gilley earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas before completing his medical education at the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete his residency training at SSM DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, where he gained extensive experience in both medical and surgical podiatric care.

Dr. Gilley was drawn to podiatry for the unique combination of medicine and surgery the specialty offers. He particularly enjoys treating complex cases, with a special interest in rearfoot deformities. His clinical approach focuses on thoughtful evaluation and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gilley enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring art and music, and perfecting his culinary skills. A fun fact patients might enjoy—he claims to make the best chili you’ve ever had.
